Angel “Cruz1” Carrillo is one of Toronto’s well recognized urban street artists. His portfolio ranges from tattoos to multi-story wall murals. Angel Carrillo is active in the community, as an art coordinator and educator, both helping out and growing as an artist. Angel has the unique ability to turn any object into a canvas using many types of media. He achieved his BA through OCAD University and studied at George Brown College in the Graphic Design and Advertising program. Angel has been producing murals for over 20 years and is passionate about building a strong and positive relationship in each and every community. Angel believes that a sense of pride is created through murals and allows communities to tell their story.

Alex Pinto has been beautifying the streets of Toronto and Montreal since 2019. You have probably seen his exceptional work while visiting the Kensington Market! He is always eager to create murals for his community and his latest project is to beautify the streets of Little Italy with representations of Rome, Florence and Tuscany.

Amanda Pistillo is a self-taught artist with a passion for designing mixed media artwork. She has been creating ever since she was a young child, exploring the freedom and wonder of art. Her artwork is always created with the sincere hope that they provide happiness to others! One of the goals in designing her artwork is to encourage others to create in their own unique artistic style. Amanda’s heart is at the center of her design process, always guiding her to create with love!

Roshni Wijayasinha, @RoshnisArt

Roshni Wijayasinha is a Toronto-based visual artist who specializes in large abstract paintings that are inspired by nature and its energy. Using acrylic and mixed media, these paintings experiment with light, colours, textures and finishes, and many of her pieces can be transformed under a black light or glow in the dark. Her work has been featured at several juried exhibits and galleries across North America, in a solo show, in two product launches, at a food festival, in a Hilton Hotel permanent collection, in two art publications, and can be found on the streets of Toronto on traffic boxes, cycle tracks, planters and murals including one in Graffiti Alley. She has also painted live at ArtBattle Toronto, ArtBoxEvents, Fresh Paint’s Live Painting Jam and at the Toronto International Design Center.

Meet Paul Glyn-Williams! Paul is mural artist, also known as @sumartist who knows how to beautify the streets of Toronto! You may have seen him working on his latest projects that include the Sophia Loren and Calabrian Tarantella mural’s at College & Montrose.

You can come and see Paul finish his creations live on Saturday, September 25th and Sunday, September 26th at Pizza Nova, 703 College St between 12pm – 6pm.

Martin has created 4 portraits of vibrant areas along College St and is excited to show his work to the community.
